Welcome to VAs4USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the virtual assistant services provided by Virtual Assistants for USA S.A. de C.V., a company legally registered in San Salvador, El Salvador.
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Description of Services
VAs4USA provides dedicated Virtual Assistants (VAs) specifically trained for the U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. Our services include administrative, operational, sales, and customer service support. The specific scope of work, hours, and responsibilities for your assigned VA will be detailed in a separate customized Service Agreement or onboarding document.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of the partnership, clients agree to:
- Provide clear instructions, necessary training on proprietary agency systems, and timely feedback.
- Ensure that the tasks assigned comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state insurance regulations.
- Grant the VA appropriate access to Agency Management Systems (AMS), CRM software, and communication tools necessary to perform their duties.
- Use our services only for lawful business purposes.
3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
We recognize the highly sensitive nature of the insurance industry. All VAs4USA employees and Virtual Assistants operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We pledge to maintain the absolute confidentiality of your agency's data, client lists, and proprietary processes. Clients also agree to respect the confidentiality of VAs4USA's internal processes, training materials, and operational methodologies.
4. Billing and Payments
Our virtual assistant services are provided on a flat monthly investment basis, as agreed upon during your strategic consultation.
- Invoices are issued according to the billing cycle outlined in your specific Service Agreement.
- Payments are due as specified on the invoice. Failure to remit payment may result in a suspension of services.
- Because you are contracting a business entity (Virtual Assistants for USA S.A. de C.V.), you are not responsible for payroll taxes, health benefits, or workers' compensation for the assigned VA.
5. Non-Solicitation
By engaging our services, you agree that during the term of your agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months after its termination, you will not directly or indirectly hire, solicit, or engage any Virtual Assistant or employee of VAs4USA outside of our official corporate agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide flawless operational support, VAs4USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to VAs4USA in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
